Public Gallery Attendance at Regular Meeting – November 18 2020 – 10:00 am
Please note the RM of Dufferin #190, in response to the recent and severe rise in COVID-19 in the Province and in an attempt to ensure hosting the safest meeting venue possible, is requesting any members of the public wishing to attend the upcoming November 18, 2020 regular meeting to do so virtually.
The Municipality is wishing to limit those within the council chambers to elected officials and delegations accordingly to properly and effectively follow social distancing protocols.
A Zoom meeting link may be requested from the municipal office by phoning the municipal office. Office staff will respond by sending out an email link to the meeting whereby you will be able to view and listen to the meeting in progress.
The RM of Dufferin #190 appreciates all ratepayers cooperation and understanding during these times and is optimistic the actions to ensure the regular meeting is available publicly are met favorably.
