The RM of Dufferin 190 is planning to adopt a new Road Maintenance Agreement Bylaw at the regular Council meeting February 13, 2025.

Council of the RM is seeking opinion and outcome from all bulk haulers who are using RM roads, as well as from all farm businesses withing the municipality, to a new Bylaw.

The Bylaw is referring to Bulk Haulers, for the definition of which please check the attached Draft Bylaw.
